Mike is a fractional executive who specializes in strategic planning, solving complex customer challenges and reducing costs. Across roles at startups and Fortune 500 firms, he has led planning across multiple departments, implemented systems to streamline customer delivery, and managed programs in compliance, finance, and HR.  He has a BS in Computer Science from Indiana University, and an MBA in Economics and Finance from the University of Chicago.
